Cancellation of Donations
- One-Time Donations: Once a donation is made, it cannot be canceled. Please verify all details before proceeding with the payment.
- Recurring Donations: If you have set up a recurring donation and wish to cancel future payments, you may do so by contacting us at least 7 days before the next scheduled donation. Please provide the necessary details (name, email, and transaction ID) to process the cancellation.
Refunds
We recognize that errors or issues may sometimes occur during the donation process. Refunds may be granted under the following conditions:
Duplicate Transactions: If you have made an accidental duplicate donation, you may request a refund for the duplicate transaction by contacting us within 15 days of the transaction.
Incorrect Amount: If the amount donated was incorrect due to a technical error or mistake, you may request a refund for the difference, provided that the request is made within 15 days of the donation.
Fraudulent Transactions: If you suspect that a fraudulent donation has been made using your payment information, please contact us immediately, and we will investigate the issue. Refunds will be issued if the transaction is found to be fraudulent.
